Snoeks Automotive, the specialist in interior concepts for Light Commercial Vehicles, has started the construction of its new Innovation Centre and head office last Friday, the 17th of May. This milestone was symbolized by the celebration of driving the “first pile” into the ground. The new Snoeks office in Nieuw-Vennep is supporting the ambitions to become a global player in the automotive industry.

The new building of the family owned company will be developed in cooperation with constructor Heembouw and is located at business park “Vennepark N207” in Nieuw-Vennep. Completion is expected in the 2nd quarter of 2020, after which the relocation will take place.

Marc Broere, Director of Snoeks Automotive: “Although we are making a small step geographically, the new location is a big leap for Snoeks Automotive. The modern facilities offered through our new Innovation Centre ensure that we can provide even greater added value to our customers in the future.”

The start of the construction was symbolized by the celebration of driving the “first pile” into the ground. During this ceremony there was a special role for the children of the Snoeks family, who activated the pile-driver with the push of a button.
